Rocker & Bend illustrations speed skates
This workshop is for parents and skaters in Groups 1-3 who want to learn about sharpening their own speed skates and for those who feel they want some more pointers on how to improve their sharpening skills.
You do not need your own sharpening equipment to come to this workshop. If you have your own then bring it and some skates or we have skates you can practice on.
Sharpening jigs and stones are usually ordered online. You may take a look at I Love Speed Skating- to see what is available and Joe can give recommendations at the workshop if you are looking to buy your own kit.
